    Recipes for Life Cookbook

    Love this cookbook! I recommend that everyone buy this! The recipes are easy to understand and put together. they are also very delicious! My favorite so far is the Cauliflower Salad! This cookbook also has information regarding how this diet works to bring the best nutrition to our bodies. Buy it and enjoy!
