      Felicitas, That is a great and important question. Hallelujah Diet teaches that some of the most important are, D3-K2, B12 is a must for vegans. It may not be needed daily, but frequently, DHA, Magnesium (magnesium is good to take in the evenings to wind down.) One of the ones that I have found life changing is the Glutathione Promoter. The ingredients help the body make the master antioxidant glutathione. A healthy body needs ample glutathione. Another supplement I would not be without is one for the eyes that contains lutein and zeaxanthin. I use a computer pretty much all day and my eyes need the extra nutrition.
