For over 20 years, Hallelujah Acres has been receiving testimonies from people who have seen their health improved after adopting the Hallelujah Diet and sharing these testimonies so that perhaps others might be encouraged to improve their diet and lifestyle.
“Dear Rev. Malkmus, First I want to say ‘thank-you’ for having the desire to help people heal themselves, and open their eyes to their unhealthy eating habits. My husband and I started the Hallelujah Diet two years ago. Since then, I have more energy, my memory and vision have improved, the goiter in my throat is shrinking, and a skin cancer on my chest is almost completely gone.
My husband’s arthritis in his fingers does not bother him as much, he’s got more energy, better memory, and we both don’t need as much sleep as we used to. We both noticed that since we started eating the “Hallelujah” way, that food tastes more flavorful and delicious.
I had asked God to bless and guide me to a healthier lifestyle and He answered my prayers by guiding me to the Hallelujah Acres Lifestyle Center in Plant City, Florida. Dave and Sherry Orcutt who run the center are wonderful and very inspirational people.
My kitchen is now set up like Sherry’s so that I can easily prepare healthy meals. Thank you for all you have done for so many others and me. God Bless You!”

Let’s conclude this week’s testimonies with not a testimony, but a Health Tip, sent in by Nancy, who lives in Austin, Texas:
“George, here is a good tip for those who are struggling and discouraged. This is what I have been doing for years. First and foremost – when grocery shopping, do not buy any junk food! Do not bring any into the home! If it is in your home you will consume it!
Make it so that if you want some junk food you will have to leave the house and go out of your way to get it. My weakness is potato chips. If they are in the house, I will devour the whole bag. We have to trick ourselves. We have to be ahead of the game.
Our flesh is the enemy, and this is war!”
