All over America, people are discovering their own "health care plan" simply by changing their diet. Learn how one 70-year-old beat ovarian cancer and others are just waking up to the benefits of good nutrition.
“Hi Dr. Malkmus, when I found out I had Stage 3 ovarian cancer, I drastically changed my diet. I also allowed some medical treatments, but after the chemo treatments I said ‘no more’ and adopted the Hallelujah Acres Diet and Lifestyle of 85% raw and 15% cooked plant sourced foods, and as a result my cancer, thanks to God, has been in remission for four years. I’m sure you know that when you get used to eating good food, you lose the desire and cravings for the ‘bad’ stuff. Now one of my daughters and one of my sons are following the Hallelujah Diet and I am very happy about that. I am 70 years old and have six children, eleven grandchildren, and two great-grandsons, and I want to be around for a long time. I just bought two of Hallelujah Acres meal planning recipe books and am planning to soon get the one your wife wrote. For my recent birthday I was given a dehydrator, so I am now dehydrating foods also. Such fun! I can’t thank you enough for your commitment to God, good health, and your Health Tips. I hope you realize how much you are helping people get well and stay healthy – and I am one of them. God bless you, your family, and your staff there at Hallelujah Acres. I absolutely LOVE the Hallelujah Acres website and recipes and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.” Joan K.
“Dear Rev. Malkmus, I just returned from a wonderful week with Tim and Anita at the Hallelujah Acres Lifestyle Center in Lake Lure, North Carolina. At the Lifestyle Center I learned that I can eat foods that are healthy and good for me and not starve. I used to be a HUGE meat eater but not anymore. Now, as a result of making this diet and lifestyle change I feel great and am excitedly watching my health improve dramatically. Thank you for your work.” Kathy O.
“Dr. Malkmus, I recently attended a class at my church taught by one of your Hallelujah Acres trained Health Ministers. The information shared really opened my eyes and I have started to change my diet and am already seeing wonderful improvements in my health – my allergies are gone, I sleeping better, and am spreading the word about your Hallelujah Diet and Lifestyle with all who will listen. I think what you are doing is great! Thanks.” Tracy R.
“Hi George and Rhonda, I’m brand new to juicing and the Hallelujah Acres Lifestyle. My mother was an avid juicer the past 12 years and often preached to me about my eating. She just passed away two weeks ago after being an insulin dependent diabetic for 62 years. I’m fully convinced the only reason she lived as long as she did with this condition was because she changed her eating habits 12 years ago. She was a fan of the Hallelujah Diet and faithfully read your Health Tips. When I went home for the funeral I picked up her Green Power Gold Juicer, her VitaMix blender and Water Wise 9000 water distiller. Before mother’s death I couldn’t afford this equipment, but now that I have them I am motivated to adopt this way of eating. No more excuses. On the way back from the funeral I took an alternate route home and stopped by your Hallelujah Acres store in Shelby to learn more. The girl in the store was very helpful and not only did she answer all my questions, but also helped me decipher numbers mom had written on a note. It turns out those numbers represented different Health Tips you had written. While at the store I bought the starter package and am reading your book to gain some knowledge before starting your program. My mother was a great inspiration to change my diet, but it was her death that motivated me to stop procrastinating. Please pray for me that I’ll have the fortitude to follow through with this, that my taste buds will acclimate, and that I’ll be able to reap the benefits of a healthier diet and lifestyle.” Scott H.
