Christian Or Not, The Hallelujah Diet Works!

I have been writing these Health Tips, sharing God’s Way to Ultimate Health, for the past 15 plus years. The issue you are reading is consecutive issue number 796. But I must say that to me, the most exciting feature of each issue are the testimonies that appear in this “TESTIMONIES” section each week, because they verify that what is being shared in these Health Tips works in the lives of people around the world. So please keep sending me your testimonies!

“Dear Mr. Malkmus: I do not share your religious beliefs, but I do know that you have discovered the reason ‘why we get sick.’ I have purchased a juicer and love making and drinking my own juices in the morning. I have also purchased your BarleyMax powder and drink that also several times each day. The juice recipes you have on your website are so delicious and good for me.

Previous to learning of The Hallelujah Diet I had been trying to keep my body healthy by purchasing vitamins and teas at my favorite health food store for the past 15 years without a great deal of success. Then I remembered way back in high school first learning about our bodies recreating new cells and wondered then, “if our bodies are constantly creating new cells, why aren’t we continually developing new cells and healthy bodies?”

Then one year ago this month, in just two months after learning of and adopting The Hallelujah Diet, and beginning to drink carrot juice and BarleyMax, I lost 33 pounds. I had my family and friends ridiculing me for following such a ‘crazy’ diet. Then, because I was losing so much weight in such a short period of time, my family was afraid I was going to die if I remained on the diet.

Well, on The Hallelujah Diet I went from 153 pounds to 120 pounds in just two months and then stopped losing weight. Interestingly, 120 pounds is my ideal weight and now a year later after making the diet change I still weigh 120 pounds and I love my body – especially my flat stomach.

Before The Hallelujah Diet I was mildly depressed and without energy, but I now can’t believe the energy I have and my spirits have been lifted. Thank you!”

“Hi Dr. Malkmus, Thank you so much for coming to Kissimmee, Florida on Saturday, February 16, 2013 and teaching us the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Both you and Rhonda are amazing. Because of the crowd of people around you at the conclusion of the seminar I wasn’t able to personally thank you, but I want you to know that my efforts to attend and time spent listening to you were well spent. Thank you for coming!”

“Dear Rev. Malkmus, your article about cheating on The Hallelujah Diet sure hit home. Since the end of October when we purchased a retirement home, we have been spending most of our time, money, and efforts remodeling the place for its readiness in our actual retirement. This new focus caused me to lose focus on the most important thing in our lives – maintaining a healthy diet. I have fallen off the wagon and am feeling it. Thank you for your Health Tip reminder. I am planning on getting back on track this weekend and am determined to allow no more cheating. Thank you for helping me get my brain going in a better direction. Thank you and God bless you and Rhonda.”

“Hi George; I was introduced to The Hallelujah Diet by a friend who was cured of rheumatoid arthritis on The Hallelujah Diet. She shared with me that she was experiencing improvement in her arthritic pain within a week of making the diet change.

I have recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis by a rheumatologist and he has put me on the drugs Plaquenil and Metoxican. I have been following The Hallelujah Diet for four weeks now and am still experiencing some pain. The friend who introduced me to The Hallelujah Diet saw improvement in just one week and I have been on it for four weeks and haven’t yet seen much improvement. When can I expect to see more improvement? One positive is that I have already lost 17 pounds in four weeks, which is great!”

EDITOR RESPONDS: Joyce, everyone’s body responds differently after they make the diet change. Also, the rate of improved health also depends on how completely the person ceases stops putting into their bodies the cause of the physical problem they are experiencing. For instance, the primary cause of most arthritic problems is animal source foods and refined sugar. If a person continues to consume those substances that caused the problem, they will not see the same results as a person that eliminates these substances. Also, recovery depends on how faithfully a person follows The Hallelujah Diet. There are a lot of variables, but in most instances, when a person faithfully follows The Hallelujah Diet, within a year they should experience either significant improvement or complete remission. So don’t grow weary!
