Previous to learning of The Hallelujah Diet I had been trying to keep my body healthy by purchasing vitamins and teas at my favorite health food store for the past 15 years without a great deal of success. Then I remembered way back in high school first learning about our bodies recreating new cells and wondered then, “if our bodies are constantly creating new cells, why aren’t we continually developing new cells and healthy bodies?”

EDITOR RESPONDS: Joyce, everyone’s body responds differently after they make the diet change. Also, the rate of improved health also depends on how completely the person ceases stops putting into their bodies the cause of the physical problem they are experiencing. For instance, the primary cause of most arthritic problems is animal source foods and refined sugar. If a person continues to consume those substances that caused the problem, they will not see the same results as a person that eliminates these substances. Also, recovery depends on how faithfully a person follows The Hallelujah Diet. There are a lot of variables, but in most instances, when a person faithfully follows The Hallelujah Diet, within a year they should experience either significant improvement or complete remission. So don’t grow weary!
