I was stopped by a man who was shopping in our Health Food Store the other day. He had a 25 lb. bag of carrots for juicing under his arm and he excitedly asked if he could share something with me.
He said that he had attended my first-Saturday-of-the-month seminar here at Hallelujah Acres in June 2009.
At that time he was 49 years old and not able to walk without the use of a walker. The doctors had told him that the only solution was to have double knee replacements. He said that he was also on medications for high blood pressure and other problems when he attended the seminar.
Well, I wish you could have been there with me to see the glow on this young man’s face!
He excitedly went on to tell me that after attending the seminar he immediately adopted The Hallelujah Diet and Lifestyle. As a result, there he was standing before me at age 50 without the walker.
He told me that after making the diet change one year prior, the pain in his knees slowly went away. Soon he was able to walk again without the aid of the walker. He currently walks three miles each day without any knee pain whatsoever.
He also shared that after making the diet change his blood pressure slowly returned to normal. He no longer requires medications to keep his blood pressure in normal range and is also off all the other prescription medications he had been taking prior to making the diet change.
Finally, he shared that in the past year on The Hallelujah Diet and Lifestyle he had lost 75 pounds in weight.
“Hallelujah” was the word he used to describe what he had experienced in his physical body this past year as a result of making a simple diet and Lifestyle change.
