What is the Difference between Perimenopause and Menopause?

What is Menopause?

    Why is it that NONE of these websites mention dizziness as a symptom to menopause or perimenopause? It has been the absolute worst and strongest symptom I have had and up until I had missed 3 periods, I thought I had a brain tumor or some other sort of fatal illness because nobody told me DIZZINESS was a part of MENOPAUSE!!! I had to Google it myself!!! When I mentioned it on my support group, boy, did I get a response! Almost every woman on there had gone through the same thing I did, severe dizziness and not knowing why. One lady even spent 5 hours in Urgent Care (you think the doctors would have known).
    Get out there and revise these articles and include dizziness in as a symtom…one of the top 3!!!
