  1. This is great advice on helping family change their diet. I definitely think setting the good example in front of them and making the delicious plant based meals for them are very helpful.

  2. Who can resist food when it looks pretty and tastes delicious. Last night I went to a social gathering. I took humus surrounded by colorful vegetables of all kinds on a circular tray. I had light green celery, orange carrots, white mushrooms, red and orange bell peppers, dark green broccoli and red cherry tomatoes. Everyone enjoyed the vegetables dipped in hummus.

    One of the secretes to success on the Hallelujah diet is to have a variety of healthy food at home and with you when you are away from home.
