  2. I learned from this blog , we start to lose one percent of our collagen each year in our 20s. The skin gets drier and less elastic than it was before. Sun exposure, pollution, and smoking make it worse. Collagen can help joint and back pain. Collagen booster supplements need to be taken several months before you can see the results.
    The collagen creams are not very effective because it is unlikely that they will reach deep enough in the skin to affect the production of collagen.
    Taking a collagen booster supplements is better than putting cream or liquid on your skin.
