I was in Shelby in July and visited the store and purchase some products. To my delight I ran into Dr. Malkmus himself and proceeded to chat with him. I told him I had watched his demonstration video of the ‘Fit 10’ exercise program and was most interested in the program. I purchased it and have been working out with it ever since.
I can do the first 5 minutes of the 10-minute program with high intensity, but so far am unable to run in place for the full 5-minutes of the aerobic portion. I run until I get tired and am gradually working up to the full 5 minutes.

Your blood will stay very close to a pH of 7.35 if you eat a primarily alkaline forming diet (The Hallelujah Diet). There is no need trying to determine the blood’s pH. The body does what is necessary to keep in balanced when we eat an alkalizing diet.
