What Causes Large Breasts, Big Kids And Homosexual Tendencies?

As I have said repeatedly in my many writings and in the numerous health seminars I have been conducting across America and around the world for the past 20-plus years, the single most important thing we must do to eliminate our physical problems is STOP DOING WHAT CREATED THEM!

Only when we learn to take personal responsibility for our own physical problems, and realize that it is usually something we did that created the physical problems, only then will we begin a most wonderful journey that will ultimately lead us to freedom from sickness. Remember the Bible tells us:

“The curse causeless shall not come!”
~ Proverbs 16:2

In other words, without a CAUSE, we won’t experience physical problems. And the sad part of it all is that it is usually something we ate that we shouldn’t have, or did that that we shouldn’t have that caused the physical problem we are experiencing and looking for a way to get rid of.

In previous Health Tips I have shared how research reveals that HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) significantly increased a woman’s potential of developing problems.

Women in the HRT group suffered more strokes, more heart attacks, more blood clots, and – most significant – higher rates of invasive breast cancer and uterine cancer than women taking a placebo.

I have previously shared research by Dr. T. Colin Campbell, author of The China Study that shows rather dramatically “that countries that have the highest rates of meat consumption also have the highest rates of breast cancer.”

I have previously shared the research of John Robbins that showed “Men who ate the highest fat diets had 79% more advanced prostate cancer – the aggressive form – than the men who skipped the grease.”

Through the years I have shared that not only do hormones and animal products significantly increase the risk of uterine cancer, breast cancer, and prostate cancers, but also are the cause of early puberty for girls.

What is the cause of this rather dramatic increase in early puberty? It has to do with what the girls are consuming. Diets high in, hormones, fat, calories, and animal protein hasten the start of menstruation by accelerating growth.

In this Health Tip, I am going to place myself out on a limb, but I believe the evidence is strong enough to support what I am about to say. Now I haven’t got the documentation for this, but I personally believe, and even a casual observance will confirm that large children, most large breasts, and homosexuality have a common cause.

Large Children

If growth hormones and a high protein diet will cause a chicken to reach maturity in approximately 5 weeks today (instead of the 16 weeks it took in our grandparent’s day), could there not be a relationship to the large size of our children today?

In fact, I have personally talked to farmers that raised thousands of chicks for market, who tell me the breasts of these chickens are sometimes so large and heavy that the chicken will actually fall over because of all the extra weight.

Most children today, who are on the Standard American Diet are much larger than their parents and are reaching maturity much earlier in life. Why? I believe growth hormones given to milk cows and the high protein diets fed the animals, cause the animals to reach maturity earlier, and the flesh and dairy of these animals being ingested by our children is hastening their maturity and increasing their size.

Dr. Campbell shares in his book The China Study, that:

Chinese girls reach menstruation usually when they are 15-19 years old, quite a bit later than the 10-14 age that is average in the U.S. What is the cause of this rather dramatic difference? It has to do with what the girls eat.

Diets high in fat, calories, hormones, and animal protein hasten the start of menstruation by accelerating growth and jump starting puberty.

Dr. Campbell continues:

“It’s not only the early age of menarche that’s at issue here. Because Chinese women reach menopause at a younger age than do women in the west, they have about 8 to 10 fewer years of hormonal surges that are associated with higher rates of breast cancer.”

“What can we do to protect our daughters and calm our own over-stimulated, trouble making hormones? Provide a diet low in fat and animal products and high in vegetables and grains!

(EDITORS NOTE: Sounds like Dr. Campbell is advocating the Hallelujah Diet).

More from Dr. Campbell:

“And how about this for a side benefit of a plant-based diet. Later age at first menstruation could add up to substantially fewer teenage pregnancies, which are currently estimated at more than 1 million per year in the U.S. alone.”

And you will note that the boys are also larger than their dads and are reaching maturity much earlier than in past generations. Could this have a similar cause?

Big Breasts

It’s pretty hard to not notice the large breasts many of the girls are developing today, and some at very young ages. In fact, many boys are also developing sizable breasts. Once again, I attribute these large breasts to the hormones and high protein, high fat, animal products they are consuming.

In contrast, I look at the children being raised in China and on the Hallelujah Diet and I see a much slower rate of maturity, smaller breasts, later puberty, etc. – in other words, those children being raised in China and on the Hallelujah Diet are experiencing what used to be considered ‘normal’ growth patterns.

Through the years I have received letters from mothers whose young teen daughters were on the Hallelujah Diet. Their daughters were complaining that the other girls at school were developing breasts and starting puberty and they were not. I told these mothers to rejoice and be exceedingly glad that their girls were developing normally.

Homosexuality

Before I get into too much trouble, let’s begin this segment with a definition of the meaning of the word “homosexuality” from Webster’s Dictionary: “1. Sexual attraction toward members of one’s own sex; 2. Sexual activity with another person of the same sex.”

In the back of Webster’s Dictionary, under the heading “SEXUAL ORIENTATION”: we read: “The term ‘homosexual’ to describe a man or woman is increasingly replaced by the terms “gay: for men; and lesbian: for women…”

It’s of interest to note that when God created man, he placed him in a garden and told him that the diet of mankind should consist exclusively of raw fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. (See Genesis 1:29).

There is no Biblical evidence that man ate animal flesh prior to the flood in Genesis Chapter 7, which occurred approximately 1,700 years after the fall of man.

During those 1,700 years of Biblical history, on this 100% plant based Genesis 1:29 diet, there is not a single recorded instance of sickness, while the patriarchs lived to an average age of 912 years. Nor is there any mention of men or women seeking same sex relationships.

Read what God’s plan for human relationships was in Genesis 2:18-25.

Then in Genesis 9:3 man began consuming the flesh of animals. When man began consuming the flesh of these animals he also began consuming the hormones, fat and protein that were present in these animals flesh and milk.

It wasn’t long after man began consuming animal flesh and dairy, loaded with these animal hormones, fats and proteins, we see the first instance of homosexuality in the Bible in Genesis 19:5-7:

“And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, where are the men which came in to thee this night? Bring them out unto us, that we may know them. And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him, and said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.”

After man had consumed animal products for an additional 2,000 years, in the New Testament, in Romans 1:26-28 we read:

“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly…..and even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient…..”

Now jump ahead another 2,000 years to the present day and what do we find? Homosexuality is now a way of life for more than 8 million Americans alone, approximately 3.5% of the adult population.

I believe that most people over the age of 50 will remember a day when homosexuality was still a rarity in our country and even the world. What has happened to cause this rapid increase?

I personally believe that the cause for this explosion of people pursuing physical relations with their own sex is due to the incredible increase in the consuming of animal based foods, the increase of hormones found in animal flesh and dairy products and the increased consumption of animal products loaded with protein and fat.

Estrogen is a hormone that is dominant in females, yet they inject animals with this female hormone to speed the growth of the animals, get them to market earlier, and increase profits.

Then in 1992 they started adding these growth hormones to dairy cattle in order to increase their milk production. Dairy cattle, when grass-fed, have a life expectancy of approximately 30 years, but because of the high protein diet and hormones, a dairy cow today has a much shortened life expectancy.

These hormones — consumed through animal products and from other sources — play havoc with human hormones causing all sorts of confusion within the cells of the human body.

Its important to note that this article is not meant to judge but to bring to light that our eating practices are causing our bodies to behave differently then they were designed – physically and emotionally.

Until we change what we are feeding our children, the current trends can only continue.

Hallelujah Acres Warns About Consuming Animal Products

For over 20 years, Hallelujah Acres has been warning anyone who would listen that the consuming of animal products, loaded with fat and protein – both flesh and dairy – along with their accompanying hormones, are the cause of up to 90% of all the physical problems being experienced today.

As I have been repeatedly saying in my lectures and writings:

“If people would only stop putting into their bodies the things that are creating their physical problems, and eat a predominantly raw plant-based diet, along with lots of raw vegetable juices, almost all physical problems would soon disappear from the face of the earth – including Large Children, Big Breasts, and Homosexuality.”

For me personally, it has been almost 40 years since I last ate the flesh of an animal or drank milk from a cow.

What have been the results of living almost half my life without consuming anything from an animal? I am 80-plus years of age, happy, have a strong and healthy body, and am married to one woman who also does not consume anything that comes from an animal. Who could ask for anything more?

Editor’s Note: I would appreciate feedback from our readers confirming or challenging what I have shared above. Let me know your personal experience with both your children and your own body when you stopped consuming animal products. Send your response to george@hacres.com and on the subject line write “HORMONES”

Next week, the good Lord willing and if the creeks don’t rise too high we will return with another exciting issue of the Hallelujah Health Tip. Trust you will join us and that you will share these Health Tips with friends and loved ones.

  1. Great article! Thank you!
    Also:
Take a look at all the pesticides that are being used on our foods also and I believe there will be a huge pattern of homosexuality along side the amount of these toxins used. Pesticides that are not only on and IN our fruits and vegetables, but also consumed by the animals who are farmed for food.
Pesticides are designed to render a species unable to reproduce, so as to lower the populations that damage the food products.
Think about how all this affects the growing fetus and small child.

  2. Hi George,
I was interested in some of your comments about the chickens. I raise the breed of chicken you are most likely talking about. They are called Cornish Crosses and are white chickens, though there are also other meat chicken breeds as well. The ones that mature and are ready for slaughter at five or six weeks mature early because they are the product of being bred specifically to do so, to reach market weight early so the farmer doesn’t have to shell out as much on feed for as long and makes a better profit. On farms where the chickens are housed in confinement sheds, they are quite literally elbow to elbow with their neighbors and are breathing and eating their own excrement a lot, as well as being fed unnatural diets for a chicken and meds to cope with the problems created by that unnatural environment. They do indeed become so heavy that they fall over as well as developing joint, heart and lung problems caused by their rapid growth rate and as a result, suffering heart attacks. Some folks who raise these chickens report that they don’t know how to act like chickens and won’t scratch in the dirt looking for greens and grubs like a normal chicken would do. My chickens are housed outside in chicken tractors that can be moved to fresh patches of green grass every day or so and they have room to move around as well. We raise them mainly to provide our own food and none of my birds have been inoculated against a single thing. They are extremely healthy chickens fed a vegetarian, no hormone or antibiotic diet. Because they are outside and have grass to peck around in, they do indeed act like normal chickens for the most part, though nobody has laid an egg yet. I’ve read somewhere that chlorophyll, the lovely oxygenated green stuff in plants, is a blood purifier, which probably plays a role in the natural health of pastured poultry and other grass eating animals. And the taste of the meat is incredible and extremely different from the gassy taste of a store bought chicken. Because they are able to move around outside, eat greens and whatever bugs happen their way, their joints and cardio systems are far healthier than indoor confined chickens of this breed, and I’ve only had one expire on me. They are quite literally bred to fulfill their purpose in just over a month and if you keep them longer than that, you will get some large meaty chickens that can dress out at ten pounds or so although your profit or savings from raising them goes down after that. I got the idea from doing it this way from Joel Salatin, who owns and runs Polyface farms and believes that you should honor the way God made the animal and provide for its natural way of eating and behaving.

I would definitely agree that the hormones added to our food supply as well as all the vitamins pumped into the animals and processed foods to make them “healthier” are behind freakishly large breast development. What’s really sad and scary is young girls of nine years of age developing so early that at ten or eleven they are built like twenty year olds. This sort of thing may appeal to bestial men but for a young girl who is still really a child, suddenly being ogled and subjected to adult attention from lustful males is quite frightening and they are not emotionally or spiritually equipped to handle such heavily freighted interest or the dangers it could subject them to. Since our functions are chemically or hormonally powered, anything that tampers with that is frightening. Kind of reminds me of the Matrix, where everyone in it thinks they are living their lives normally and making authentic choices based on reality and chosen thoughts, only to discover they are wired into a web of deception and actually being influenced and controlled in ways they were previously unaware of. Man’s sin of thoughtless profit motive and careless stewardship resulting in chemicals of every sort being dumped into our food supply, oceans and atmosphere is affecting other things as well. Whales and dolphins beaching themselves in catastrophic numbers and basically suiciding, because their migratory apparatus is malfunctioning, the same thing happening with birds of various species, off course from centuries old migratory routes, fish found with toxic compounds in their organs, radiation in our food, pollution in our atmosphere, lead from exhaust on our crops. Odd and even dangerous behaviour in animals that is not normal. The only thing stronger than the red flags that our perfectly designed biosphere is breaking down is the greed fueled, exploitive denial that keeps this whole thing going. It is almost as if all creation is grieving as the death promised as a result of sin takes hold in ever increasing amounts.

However, in all of this, I think one must be careful to preach the gospel according the scriptures. The scripture doesn’t say that a mistaken diet is the culprit but rather sin. It is sin that is the reason for all of this unnatural stuff. It is the result of man’s rejection of God and His ways that led us to seek and use other systems that dishonor God’s design. A refusal to honor God as God. The cross is not necessary to save one from a mistaken diet, which would make man the architect of his own salvation if all that was needed to remove depravity was to remove the adulterated foods from our consumption. Its our sinful bent that causes us to prefer death dealing choices. Indeed, I did the Hallelujah diet for a period and experienced the removal of things like depression, irritability, brain fog, chronic fatigue, severe constipation, etc. It didn’t remove the sin behind the kinds of choices that led me to be that sick, though. I didn’t eat that way because I didn’t know better but because I valued taste and immediacy over health, self discipline and self control. Man’s lifespan is limited because God decreed it. Scripture doesn’t say its because of meat per se. And if God placed that boundary by His decree, no amount of healthy eating is going to cause us to live much past a hundred. We will indeed avoid some of the unnecessary signs of toxified aging. We may get in some more years than the average person who fails to care for his temple. But we will not circumvent God’s decree by figuring out how He limited our lifespan and then going around it. What He opens no one can shut and what He shuts no one can open. Scripture also says that in Him, we live and move and have our being. I suspect that it was the unlimited presence of God in the garden that held it all together and caused the foods in the garden to be life giving. Not the foods themselves. The more we divorce everything from it’s creator, the less life giving it is. The fact that we can consume fruits and vegetables that have been hybridized and tampered with and are no doubt miles away from what they were like in the garden and still gain some life and healing from them is a testament to the lingering effect of His presence and touch on His creation. Anything that has life in it has HIS life in it. To focus on the food and not the creator behind it can even become idolatrous, in that we are worshipping the created thing rather than the creator. We can in effect, be teaching a different plan of salvation without realizing it. Scripture doesn’t say ” Go ye out into all the world and teach them how to circumvent my decree with better diet and healthier lifestyles”. Even if we somewhat succeed, its still only so much rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. I agree wholeheartedly that caring for our bodies which are God’s temple and honoring God’s design by removing foods that are toxified is a wise, right thing to do. And it increases our focus and energy which in turn allows us to carry out our duties more effectively and excellently, all of which is very desirable. But you can do that all you want and still go to hell without Christ. To preach a gospel whose focus has become healthy living and eating, so that Jesus is no longer the central focus, even if the idea comes from a portion of the bible, is to preach a gospel that is no longer the gospel and that can heal bodies but not save souls. It is to get off track and allow the good to become the enemy of the best.

But I do agree with you as far as the adulteration of our food supply goes. Today’s Holstein dairy cow is a freak not found in nature, again breeding tampered with. I personally believe that it is not the meat or the dairy per se that is the problem but rather the way we have made these foods unnatural with our control and interference. Even in my lifespan, the difference in the taste of say, milk and cheese and poultry is quite significant and cannot be wholly accounted for by aging taste buds. It’s definitely not an improvement. There are studies of cultures that eat an almost exclusive meaty diet where these people are just as healthy as those who don’t and in some cases more so. The meat they eat is not factory farmed, injected, or fed a diet of genetically tampered with, round up ready grains either. I wish I could remember the name of the study but I believe I read of it in the book “Nourishing Traditions”. Nourishing Traditions has some good information in it including info on studies done although it also has some new age beliefs referred to, so read with discernment of course. Thanks for considering my thoughts on this subject of how to have life.

    • Wow! Excellent addition with an encouragement for healthy balance – a focus on our Creator and what He has decreed, a caution in not idolizing what He created (good wholesome foods), an awareness of our responsibility to take good care of our bodies as His temple, a realization of what we (humankind) have done to “change” His perfect creation, and an encouragement to provide the purest form of foods that He created for our temples as possible. Well said!

    • Thank you for your thoughts. It was refreshing to hear the proper perspective of Christ and food. I agree with you that we need to be careful not to put so much emphasis on food and health that we forget that a healthy diet is not the end all and be all in life, God is.

    • WOW just wow I found this well thought out comment very humbling and heart reaching thank you !

  3. I am sorry but I disagree with your opinion of homosexuality… there are several ‘things’ and causes that can occur in homesexual tendencies (maybe hormonal, maybe emotional & psychological or…etc… ) don’t judge if you don’t want to be judge Some of us are lucky we don’t have these tendencies.

  4. I do agree n what pesticides and other ‘stuff’ like vaccinations does . And I agree that meats (specially red) are damaging to the our bodies. Thank you for your articles.

  5. I have to say, I have been eating the H-acres diet for a year now, because I had breast cancer. (a long story that I won’t get into)…..
I have a problem with questions that people bring up about Genesis chapter 9:3. This was after the flood. Verse 3 says: “Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.” So, this says God let people eat Meat……every moving thing. I have no idea how to answer that when people ask me. I also have a question about it too. Why all the animals…..as in Cows, Chickens, Lamb, Fish, etc…?
All I can come up with was, God gave them to eat……..(back then ALL animals were PURE……no additives, etc… They were not corrupt back then. And also the FISH. Jesus ate fish later when he was with the apostles.
So, that is my question or questions for you. Thank you!
And if you do answer my question, how will I see it? I would really like to know.

    • The scriptures in the Bible related to eating of animal flesh are very clear and we take no issue with them. I want to be very clear up-front that eating meat, abstaining from eating meat, or any other dietary preference is not a spiritual issue. After the flood God allowed mankind to eat meat and it is not a sin to do so today! We are not to sit in judgment over other believers in regards to diet, lifestyle, or any other issues. We simply want to encourage believers to examine the scriptures to determine what is the best way to honor God in caring for these marvelous temples He has entrusted to us.

However, if you go back to Genesis and study the creation of man you will find that God created Adam and Eve with physical bodies capable of enjoying eternal life here on earth if they simply would choose to obey God. God tested their volition by forbidding them from eating of only 1 tree in the Garden. The penalty for disobeying God would be death (first of all spiritual death in that the fellowship with God would be broken due to sin, and as a result of spiritual death, physical death would ultimately follow.) Interestingly, we do not know how long Adam and Eve lived in the Garden, as time was not an issue because they were enjoying everlasting life at this point. It was not until after the sin that time became a factor.

We can deduce from scripture that it was some 1600+ years after their sin that God’s judgment was executed upon the earth by way of the flood in Noah’s day. In Genesis 1:29, God told Adam and Eve how to nourish the body/temple God had supplied them with. It certainly seems reasonable that God gave the very best to mankind at creation to nourish the physical body that had the potential of eternal life, here on earth. It is also interesting that in Isaiah 11 it appears that during the millennial reign of Christ on earth that the animal kingdom will be vegetarian/herbivore, as even the lion will eat straw and there will be no hostility in the animal kingdom as it was prior to the flood.

If God created man in the beginning to ideally nourish the human body on a diet of plant foods, and it appears that during the millennial reign on earth that mankind will ideally nourish the body with a diet devoid of animal products, then this just might be the best way to nourish the human body. We have certainly found this to be true experientially and scientifically with such studies as the “China Project.” (“The China Study” by T. Colin Campbell, PhD and Thomas M. Campbell, III)

As to why God allowed the eating of meat, and even commanded it of the priest, we can only speculate. We do know that after He allowed the eating of meat, He laid down specific guidelines in the form of dietary laws for His people. We also know that when Jesus came to earth it was for one purpose, that being to provide salvation. He came in the form of a Jewish baby that was raised under the Jewish laws and customs. He did not come to do away with the guidelines God had previously established but rather to fulfill the law to perfection. His mission was not one of dealing with dietary issues but rather that of executing the plan of salvation.

If we ate meat today as they did in the biblical days, not as the main center piece of our diet; meat that was free of hormones, toxins, etc.; and meat that was from animals that were not feedlot fed for rapid growth and excessive fat marbling through the flesh, our bodies would no doubt handle it quite efficiently. Since it would be a minimal part of the diet and accompanied with a large volume and variety of raw, nutrient- rich plant foods, the body would handle it fairly efficiently. If we likewise, lived in a clean environment, with a rich supply of pure unpolluted water and air, along with the abundance of raw foods we would find a minimal amount of clean meat as God allowed would not be an issue.

Since these conditions do not exist today, it is wise for us to nourish the body in the most optimal way possible if we are to overcome the negative factors that influence our health today.

    • Lorraine:
I teach Health Sciences at a small Christian University in Southern California. I love your questions because these are the kind of issues I deal with in my undergraduate nutrition classes. Notice that in the first few verses of Genesis chapter 6, God says that man is living too long so he will shorten his life to 120 years. At the time man’s average lifespan was 912 years. You can calculate this from data in Genesis chapter 5 where the age of death of each of the patriarchs from Adam to Noah is recorded. Of course we have to eliminate Enoch from the list as he would really skew the data since he never died.

As you mention, in Genesis 9:3, God gives permission to eat flesh after the Flood because all life has been destroyed except that which was taken onto the ark. But with the warning, in verses 4 and 5 God suggests that an outcome of this new addition to the diet would be a shortening of life. And indeed this happened. Whereas Adam died at 930 years, and Noah the 10 from Adam at 950 years (so in 10 generations there was no shortening of life), Shem, Noah’s son died at 600 years of age and Abraham, the 10th from Shem died at 175 years. The average age of death for the 10 generations post-Flood was 317 years as calculated from data in Genesis 11. By the time we get to Moses, even though he lived to 120 he writes, “The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, … Psalms 90:10. (Notice not all of the Psalms were written by David.)

By playing with the calculations in Genesis 5 and 11, one can discover some interesting things. For example, Noah died just two years before Abraham was born and Shem was a contemporary of Abraham for 150 years.

But back to your questions. In Isaiah 55:2 it says … “eat what is good.” In Genesis Chapter 1, at the end of every day of creation God pronounces His work for that day to be “good.” In Genesis 1:29 He describes the diet for man to exist on and then in verse 31 God looks upon His completed creation and declares it to be very good. From this we can deduce that the diet that is “good” for man is the one that was given in the garden.

We must also recognize that even though God gives permission to eat flesh after the Flood, such a diet was never His preference. This can be further illustrated by the Pharisees coming to Christ with the question in Matthew 19:3, “Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?

19:4-6 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

19:7 They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?

19:8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.

So in the OT there are provisions for divirce but Christ makes it clear that this was due to rebellion on the part of mind and that from the beginning that was not God’s plan. One might say the same thing about diet.

As a final thought, in the new earth we will not be eating animals as there will be no death there. Isn’t now a good time to educate our tastes to enjoy the diet of heaven?

I do not want to belabor the point but a major reason the Israelites lost out on entering Canaan was because they never learned to trust God with their diet. Numbers 11 is written when they are only a week’s journey away from the borders of Canaan. In verses 4-6 they are clamoring for the flesh of Egypt while rejecting the diet of manna that God had given them specifically ever since they had left Egypt. Because they had never learned to trust God in something as small as diet, in Numbers 13 they were not prepared to face the giants that were ahead of them and as a consequence the desert became littered with their corpses. In I Corinthians 10, the apostle Paul writes that the story of the Exodus was written as an example to God’s people living in the last days.

Forgive the length of the reply but you should be able to respond now to those who would argue that diet is not important and that God allows us to eat anything as long as it is done with thanksgiving.

    • When we are doing all the right things dietary and supplement wise and still challenged with blood pressure issues we need to consider the stresses in our lives. Stress can wreck our health in spite of the best of diets, etc and created elevated blood pressure.
Magnesium deficiency has been associated with BP issues for some. Most folks who follow the Hallelujah Diet will not need or benefit from excess water consumption. We need about ½ ounce of liquids per pound of body weight daily. That comes from our raw foods, vegetable juices and clean water. Too much water can be harmful and wash good electrolytes from the body.

  7. I see Trevor mentioned Pottinger’s cats. Look it up if you aren’t familiar with the research. It came to some amazing conclusions. Homosexuality among the cats is one of the things he saw after a few generations of processed food. How many generations are we into now with our progeny living off of fake food? Something serious to think about! And convicting.

  8. Thank you for sticking your neck out. Humanity has been in rebellion against God sense the fall. There are consequences to sin and it seems to me that what we eat has had the greatest impact on our health, families and our culture. Dr. Joel D. Wallach in his book “Epigenetics” page 346 states that congenital homosexuality can be prevented and or cured with the mother receiving all the sufficient minerals. Makes sense to me that homosexuality is not a normal behavior and diet plays a vital role in our desires, motivation and the way we think. Genes can be turned on and off depending on what we eat. We need to go back to God’s garden, His design has always been best for everyone. Dr. Malkmus thank you for your years of inspiration and love. We appreciate all you and Rhonda have done.
May God continue to use both of you.

  9. Dr M.
Love your Vegan message; well, most of it. Associating meat with Homosexuality is quite a leap from the Bible understanding that the cause of Homosexuality (a type of fornication) stems from a work of our sinful flesh (like adultery or witchcraft or murder) not the eating of it. In fact, the first murder did not stem from eating meat but the disobedience of one passed on to Cain. By the obedience of one, homosexuals now can be delivered from that working of the flesh and all of their sins (without changing diet). Christian Vegans should stay on topic.
You have helped many. Thanks for your work.
    Love in Jesus Christ

  10. Over the years I’ve attended several of George Malkmus’ seminars and conferences and always Jesus was at the center of his work and motivation. I believe that as Christians we are called to different ministries and are given different gifts of the Holy Spirit. With Rev. Malkmus, I believe God has called him to minister to us by educating us on how to take proper care of our bodies, temples of the Holy Spirit, and teach us to make God-honoring choices in what we eat and that we get proper exercise, etc. That’s his calling from the Lord and overall Rev. Malkmus has done a pretty good job. Actually, a tremendous job. This article serves to enlighten us further regarding our children and what could be a very strong contributing factor in Homosexuality.

  11. Jesus suffered and died, not only for our sins; but also to take away our sicknesses (Isaiah 53:5; 1Peter 2:24).
God cares for our physical well being as well as He cares for our souls – Psalm 103:1-5 says, ”… bless the LORD, o my soul…who forgiveth all thine iniquities; and healeth all thy diseases”( read also Exodus 15:26; 3John 2.)
When He brought Israel out of captivity, He gave them laws for living, which included a comprehensive dietary law, assuring them that if they follow these laws (including the dietary plans) non of the diseases of the Egyptians will come on them.
In the wilderness, He provided a special diet (manna); and in responding to their craving for meat, He gave them meat quite alright but in a ‘sauce of His wrath’ (Psalm 78:17-31; Numbers 11: 1-34).
For sacrifices, God will not accept unhealthy, sick animals (Malachi 1:6,7). And so for us He says ”… present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God…” – Romans 12:1.
Beloved, God cares for our physical bodies; He wants us to keep them in good shape for His service.
God bless the Body of Christ!

  12. George is an excellent speaker and we(Hallelujah Acres) need to continue with this great “introduction speech”
once a month. I’m sure George knows of a replacement ( perhaps several). Do it.

  13. Hello in genesis times people disnt even know what hormons are.. other than that great point.

  14. please I will like to know if only plant based food can provide the required protein the body needs, secondly is fish also classified as animal flesh?onyemowo.

    • The myth of ‘getting a complete protein’ was dispelled years ago. It was the idea that all of the essential amino acids had to be consumed in a meal at one time. It has been known for years now that it is not necessary to consume all of the essential amino acids at one time. That in fact, when a protein food is consumed, during the digestive process, the protein is broken down into individual amino acids and go into a protein pool where they are drawn upon as the body needs them to make various proteins. A balanced plant-based diet supplies all of the essential amino acids (those amino acids that much be obtained from the diet) as well as an abundance of protein as long as one is consuming enough calories to meet the metabolic and energy needs of the body.

DHA is vital for our cells, especially for our brain and retina. The body can convert some of the short chain plant based omega 3s to DHA but not efficiently and some folks may not be able to convert any. Udo’s oil with DHA has 100 mg of DHA (derived from algae) added so each Tablespoon of Udo’s supplies 100 mg of DHA. In comparison, one teaspoon of Pharmax Finest Pure Fish oil, provides 750 mg of DHA. Knowing the critical importance of DHA and the limited ability of the body to convert land based omega 3s to DHA, we believe it prudent to insure one has an ample supply by way of supplementation. Algae derived DHA supplements are available but that is a very expensive way to get a significant amount of DHA.

  15. I’m glad to see women growing them larger and at earlier ages. In my days it was unusual for girls to grow large boobs before 11. I grew them at 8 and was the largest in the relation. My mom even teased me about being more bosomy than her and said she never had hers that large. My mom said she never had anything larger than a 32 size bosom.Marcy

  16. I can relate to this. I’m the youngest 3 daughters in the family and I’m the bustiest of the 3. I grew boobs at age 8 and my sister didn’t grow theis til they were 12. My teased me and still to this that they are older me and glad they don’t have big breasts like I do. One of my sister who’s 4 years older than me grew boobs at the same time; Her an 34;Me a 38;; My sister who’s 2 years older than me stayed flat chested for another 2 years also only growing the 34. I went up to a size 48 by the time I was 12 while the rest of the relatives stayed at 34. Even my mom never grew anything larger than 34. Everybody in the relation still makes light of it and my mom doesn’t understand it. Everybody at School made light of it to me for being the youngest girl with the largest breasts.Karin

  17. My mom never understood my complaints and jealousy of anybody being more petite than me. My mom told me “Just live with it” I told her she doesn’t understand because she never had large breasts like mine.Karin

  23. i have been a vegan for many years and also eat organic food, i would never eat any root vegetable that was not organic because of the pesticides and glyphosates etc. that cause illnesses.
for so many years i have been saying how all these growth hormones fed to the animals must affect us
it is well known how fine the hormone balance is in humans so it shouldnt be that difficult to understand why this is happening
it makes me wonder if the authorities are aware of this, and why they are making it seem as though it is normal to be homosexual. they would lose a lot of money! people should realise your food is your medicine.
    thank you
