    Please always include the ingredient listing in your “print” version. Your recipes are great, but the “print” version is often very inconvenient for those of us who would like the complete recipe for our files.

      I will pass this information to the IT person. There really are many great recipes on this website. I particularly like the raw smoothies with lots of greens and just a small amount of fruit such as Pear-Parsley Smoothie.

  3. When is the best time to take the probiotic before bed, first thing in the morning, with or without food? Best time for the fiber cleanse?

    • Hi Carmen,
      According to the label, the HD Professional Strength Probioitcs are best taken before meals. A serving is 2 capsules, but a person can increase to 4 capsules daily.
      On the Cancer Rescue Plan guide, it suggests that a person take probiotics with lunch and supper.
      I take probiotics with breakfast as I am home and getting all my supplements in for the day.

      Here is a general Overview of a Hallelujah Diet morning: (This is a guideline that must be adjusted to one’s lifestyle.)
      Morning: BarleyMax first thing.
      Breakfast Examples: Green Smoothie, fruit, or oatmeal. Something easy to digest. One does not have to eat breakfast.
      Mid-Morning: 8 oz. fresh juice (2/3 carrot, 1/3 greens). If you don’t have juice, blend one serving of CarrotJuiceMax with 1 tsp. BarleyMax.
      To maintain good bowel function, 30 minutes after juice, use a fiber product.
      Fiber Cleanse (first 60 to 90 days of The Hallelujah Diet), after that, B-Flax-D or freshly ground flax seeds work well. If you eat breakfast, this step can be part of your early morning routine. HD feels these fiber-rich products are best consumed before noon so they get ample fluids afterwards.

      I like to use Fiber Cleanse for about 2 weeks at a time, about 3 times a year. It is very effective at moving out sludge.
