  1. My mother used to add barley to vegetable soup when I was young. If she did not include the barley, we missed it because the soup did not taste as good.
    That’s a lot of good nutrition in 1/2 cup of barley.

    Yes yiu can mill barley use good coffee grinder and make cereal or a flat bread
