Here, we are a big believer in the raw food diet or the Biblical diet, depending on where you’ve heard of it first. For those who aren’t aware, a raw food diet is exactly what it sounds like and is a wonderful part of the raw food lifestyle.
What is a Raw Food Lifestyle?
For those unfamiliar with the term, the raw food lifestyle consists of committing to the raw food diet to bring health and wellness into your life. There are many benefits to a raw food diet, though that definition can vary depending on who you talk to.
There are three general categories of a raw food diet. We fall into the first one here, but there are two others. The first is focusing only on plant-based foods. The second is a raw vegetarian diet, plus raw eggs and unprocessed dairy products. The third one is a raw diet that includes plant-based foods, raw animal products, and raw or dried meats.
We believe in the first category, with a focus on eating only plant-based foods. This is the best way to help your body heal and adjust from the SAD (Standard American Diet) that it had gotten used to. This diet is full of saturated fats, sugars, sweeteners, and so many more toxic things to our body. Our bodies were never meant to be full of chemicals and artificial foods, it’s the natural foods that help to nourish us.
This is why it’s so important to switch to a raw food lifestyle. This lifestyle will help our bodies to heal from the chemicals and toxins we have previously consumed. Not only that, but it can be very beneficial to your health to switch to a raw food lifestyle.
What Can You Eat with a Raw Food Lifestyle
There are more than just fruits and vegetables that can be consumed while on the raw food lifestyle. You can enjoy:

It sounds less restrictive when you understand what all can be eaten on the raw food lifestyle.
