      First and foremost, when we are trying to empower the self-healing body, it is very important that we keep toxins out! Toxins can store up ANYWHERE in the body. That is why our diet is foundational to health. The Hallelujah Diet is a clean diet full of plants that provide ammunition for the body. BarleyMax and freshly extracted vegetable juices provide even more nourishment. When we start supplementing and nourishing the body, while keeping out toxins, everyone’s body responds differently. Sometimes people notice they feel better in a couple days or maybe months. All we can do is be diligent and see what happens. It is up to our body.

    It always amazes me that people seem so surprised to hear that leafy greens are a great source of calcium, and with so many families transitioning to almond milk, not only does it taste great, but is so beneficial for you!

  4. I have been drinking almond milk for awhile,but am wondering if the calcium carbonate, one of the ingredients promoting calcium, is collecting in the body since is inorganic.

      I would not be surprised. Although it takes time, the best thing is making your own with a Soyabella machine or high-powered blender.
