The Secret to Anti-Aging

It’s a story we’re all familiar with – a mystical spring that can restore the youth of anyone who bathes in its waters. And whether folklore or fact, for thousands of years, historians and explorers alike have searched for the legendary Fountain of Youth – desperately seeking the key to longevity and the secrets to prevent premature aging.

These days, people all over the world continue this search, but in a slightly different way – reflected in the hundreds of billions of dollars pumped into the anti-aging industry each year.

As of 2012, the total market for anti-aging products and services was valued at almost $250 billion – and growing exponentially each year!

So whether it’s invested in wrinkle creams, natural supplements, dieting, or workout videos, the question remains the same – is there a magic formula to maintaining the vitality and appearance of our youth?

Well, here at Hallelujah Acres, we say YES – but it certainly isn’t magic. Just a simple switch in diet and lifestyle habits that governs the rate in which our bodies’ age.

For years we’ve been sharing this knowledge, witnessing those who have switched to a diet of plant-based foods look and feel years younger – without the use of medical intervention or invasive surgical procedures!

The reason? – A  plant based diet – particularly one where a large percentage is consumed in the raw form – provides just the right punch of age fighting antioxidants and phytochemicals to repair DNA damage, reduce inflammation, and prevent disease  – proving nothing compares to the incredible transformation that takes place when you begin empowering your self-healing body.

But you don’t have to take our word for it. A study cited in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition concluded that, “A higher consumption of fruit and vegetables, which are rich in fiber, folic acid, antioxidants, and phytochemicals, is associated with lower blood cholesterol concentrations, a lower incidence of stroke, and a lower risk of mortality from ischemic heart disease.”

Plus, it isn’t just what you put in, but what you leave out that’s important. In a report by the University of Montreal, scientists also documented a clear link between sugar intake and aging. This is because, through the process of glycation, collagen and elastin are destroyed, making your skin more susceptible to wrinkling.

Which goes to show – when you eat right and avoid toxic foods, your body is able to repair and protect itself from the inside out, helping to prevent premature aging and providing everything you need to function at the highest level of health possible.

No amount of cosmetic intervention can do just that – while tasting this good!

So the next time you pour yourself a big glass of fresh squeezed vegetable juice or take a sip of clean, purified water, consider that you just may be drinking from the true “Fountain of Youth.” The one, true life source that has the potential to prevent premature aging, fight disease, and give your body everything it needs to look and perform its best!

  1. I am on the Recovery diet………was diagnosed with breast cancer back in May of this year. To make a long story short, I have noticed my skin, nails, and hair to look so much better. Even varicose veins getting less. I believe this is really working in those areas with the juicing I have been doing. HEY, but is there some type of veggie out there that can turn my gray/white hair back to my normal brown hair? That is the part that isn’t cooperating with the rest. Ha ha I am getting tired of dying it………..and then I read dying is bad for the hair and skin. Boo Hoo! Thank you H-acres!

    • Have you tried wheat grass juce? It’s very good in restoring your health, including regenerating your hair.

  2. Lori,
When I went on the Recovery Diet in August of 2012 due to MS, my husband and my friends noticed how much younger I looked! My wrinkles basically disappeared and my skin had a healthy glow! I love the reaction of people when they find out I am 55! I’m with you — why can’t my gray/whitish blonde hair turn brownish again? Only our hairdresser knows the formula for our younger-looking hair color!

Natural Hair coloring is available at most local health food stores. I buy Naturcolor at a Whole Foods store. 7D is a nice dark blond/light brown color. Some brands may be available on Amazon. Golden colors stay in better than others. Then I use Andalou brand shampoo and conditioner. The Argan/orange one is for wavy hair. Then Sallys sells natural Argan oil to add to your hair, after it drys to help it stay conditioned. I have been a vegan or vegetarian for most of the last 37 years, and my hair still turned gray.
