What’s the easiest way to lose weight?
Stop drinking soda. Period.
Well, that’s about it, folks. Thanks for reading.
OK, not quite… 🙂
Just about everyone knows that drinking sugary soda will make you gain weight.
In fact, at every one of his God’s Way to Ultimate Health seminars, Rev. Malkmus shares that an average intake of soda alone can cause an annual weight gain of 15 pounds.
But that’s simple, right? It’s all the sugar. Surely the diet sodas don’t do that.
Research is showing that, in addition to the harmful effects of artificial sweeteners (another thing almost everyone knows), diet soda can cause weight gain just like the sugary stuff.
So, obviously, it’s not exactly a good idea when you’re looking to lose weight, either.
In fact, a new study showed that people who drank two or more diet sodas per day expanded their waist lines at five times the rate of those who didn’t drink any soda at all.
How in the world does that happen?
Sweet tastes trigger appetite. But while sugary sodas satisfy the body with calories (sugar), artificially sweetened, low-calorie drinks don’t, thereby tricking the body into thinking that it is going to get some calories.
When it doesn’t get what it expects, the body keeps asking for calories until it gets some.
In other words, diet sodas make you eat more to satisfy a false hunger.
So, again… what’s the easiest way to lose weight? Stop drinking soda… ALL soda, including the diet stuff. Period.
But make sure you get the good stuff. We think the best water is Kangen (ionized alkaline) water, but if you don’t have access to an alkalizing machine, drink distilled water treated with our HydroBoost water supplement.
HydroBoost turns your water into an antioxidant by adding ionic minerals and raising the pH to 8.0 or higher. It also makes the water more absorbable to your cells.
Better yet, throw some BarleyMax in there too and really watch your health skyrocket![quote]When is the last time you had a soda?
