Try this easy bread for topping or just snacking with your favorite hummus!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of organic whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 cup distilled water, or just enough water to form a soft ball

Directions:
First, heat your oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Next, mix flour, oil, and honey together in a bowl; add water and mix using a pastry cutter until dough is soft. Form dough into balls and press into disks onto the prepared baking sheet using your hands.
Bake in heated oven until bread is cooked, 6 to 7 minutes. Enjoy!
Good recipe and I think I might try this. I love hummus so it would be good to eat them with the bread.
Looks great! I’d want to try it with gluten free flour.
I bet it would be delicious dipped in humus.
I would love to know which gluten free flour you use.
Could you make this with spelt flour?
That should work well.
Is almond or coconut flour used in HA recipes?
Hi Betty,
Both almond and coconut flour are perfectly fine on the Hallelujah Diet.
Great recipe can’t wait to try this one!
