7 Simple Ways To Boost Your Immunity

Don’t be tricked into thinking that, somehow, a flu vaccine is an effective prevention technique!

First of all, flu shot manufacturers fully admit the shot only becomes “protective” after 2 weeks and is only active for 90 days, yet flu season can last for 6 months. Not to mention, you’d be left with a live virus in your bloodstream along with mercury and other toxins.

Still sound like a good idea?

By the way, did you know that over the last 100 years or so, diseases for which vaccines were introduced had almost disappeared BEFORE the vaccines were introduced? Gradually improving sanitary conditions were the real reason these diseases were eradicated, not vaccines… but we’ll leave that for another time.

Speaking of sanitary conditions, one of 7 things you can do to prevent the flu naturally is to wash your hands. It’s that simple. Here are some other things you can do:

Get enough sleep
Your immune system functions much better when you get 8 hours per night.

Exercise regularly
Exercise helps keep your immune system strong.

Avoid sugar
Even small amounts of sugar can significantly impair your body’s ability to prevent a flu infection.

Drink lots of pure water
Water keeps your mucous membranes well-hydrated to help them fight off viruses.

Reduce stress
Prolonged stress is at least partially responsible for 90% of all illness and disease. Regular exercise helps reduce stress.

Eat immune-boosting foods
Brightly colored fruits and vegetables — the foundation of The Hallelujah Diet — are packed with phytonutrients to strengthen your immune system.

You don’t need a flu shot when you provide your body with the conditions that allow your body to produce natural immunity!

The influenza vaccine is NOT a LIVE virus living on in your body. It is made from a KILLED virus. It is true that the vaccine does not provide complete protection against the viruses, but nor does boosting immune system, washing hands, getting enough sleep etc. So the statement saying the flu vaccine is not needed and if you do healthy things they are sufficient to prevent influenza infection is a false statement. Promoters of influenza vaccine have never claimed it is 100% protective like that! I stopped reading on this site once I had read the incorrect information on ‘flu vaccine.

If I shouldn’t have sugar to boost my immune system, why is there added rice syrup in Carrot and Beet juices MAX? I have cancer and would like to use them while traveling to keep up my “juicing.”

  4. Great post! I really love knowing about natural and simple ways to maintain a healthy body. Thanks for sharing!
