When I was reading this I was like I use or eat some of these on a daily base, like lemons i use in my water and the kidney beans I love. With the dark leafy greens and blueberries I use in my smoothies in the morning. So I was very happy to see all of this. Thanks again for all the information.

      Dann, Juicing is time consuming and can be stressful. Blending veggies and blended salads are great for the body. Dr. Russell Blaylock says we can get up to 80% more nutrition by blending!

Simply eating specific foods will not boost the blood oxygen levels unless there are no key elements missing key nutrients in your diet.   4. Juicing may be a pain but the benefits far out way the effort. Since I started juicing a week ago, the inflamation in my body has reduced by 60% which makes me very happy because I don’t like being in pain. It’s like medicine but better. If I miss juicing one day I panic. Also have lost 5 pounds!

    What you seeketh, seeks you. I eventually came across explanatory nutrition and oxygen benefit through though food and deep breathing and exercise. So simple. Most of us just read eat greens and deep breathe and excercise for optimum health and longevity, but never the process of how it l works for the body. If you read about the prophets and sages and those whose priority was serving God, they ate pure foods but in moderation. They often practiced fasting from dawn to dusk. These men had their full physical and mental faculties in service with their mission. So it makes sense eat clean, eat raw, eat specific foods for specific healing and optimium health.
