    This was some great inforamtion on how the Best Foods can build oxygen-rich blood. When I was reading this I was like I use or eat some of these on a daily base, like lemons i use in my water and the kidney beans I love. With the dark leafy greens and blueberries I use in my smoothies in the morning. So I was very happy to see all of this. Thanks again for all the information.

  2. I find juicing to be a pain in the @$$ and wasteful where did all my fiber go. So I blend, or just eat hole

      Dann, Juicing is time consuming and can be stressful. Blending veggies and blended salads are great for the body. Dr. Russell Blaylock says we can get up to 80% more nutrition by blending!
