Headaches & Migraines
“I have been diagnosed with posttraumatic arthritis, migraine headaches and sinusitis. I am just beginning the Hallelujah Diet… I like this diet in that you can eat dinner and eat a little cooked food in the evening and I think that this will work for me…”
On September 11, 2002 (exactly two weeks after she started on The Hallelujah Diet), Christina went in for a biopsy, colonoscopy, and endoscopy. After one hour, the surgeon came out and asked if she was the same child he had examined previously. He showed me some of the pictures that showed only minor acid burns, and her GI was basically fine.
I had gotten heavier than I should have been, but lost 30 pounds in the first six weeks after going on the Hallelujah Diet. I had a small skin cancer on the bridge of my nose which has disappeared. I guess everyone carries around some minor diet related problem they don't consider serious enough to see a doctor for, but cause discomfort. It is interesting to see how a change in eating habits has changed so much.
My body now has muscle instead of fat tissue; my organs have regenerated, instead of degenerated; my skin and eyes are clear; I now have a healthy bottom (imagine riding in a saddle all day without a healthy one!), and my whole outlook on life, and daily coping ability and energy levels are so much better. It was a lady who first gave me a copy of your books. I read them both non-stop and made the decision to change my life. I have since delivered a series of workshops showing people how to prepare and serve living food. These classes have been very popular. Cheers, and God Bless!
P.S. I just want to add that my baby son got married on May 26, 2007. It was a beautiful wedding in our back yard attended by 160 people. I had a houseful of people for a week and we went many places together and I had all the energy anyone could ever ask for during the entire time. I thank God every day for guiding me to Hallelujah Diet and for teaching me the right way to eat. I want to thank you George and Rhonda and all those at Hallelujah Diet so very, very much for all you do to help others.
By the end of the third week I cut my medication back over 50% and started on raw vegetables and fruit. I have been on nothing but the natural diet now for approximately four months and as a result my blood pressure is a solid 120/80, my weight is down to 174 for a loss of 47 pounds, and I have stopped all twelve medications and I can't remember when I have had more energy.
I cried as I realized that she was God's confirmation to me that this Hallelujah Diet was the answer to my prayers.
At the time, I didn't consider myself to have many health problems (quite delusional I might add), but I knew that if I didn't do this diet with Dave it wouldn't be successful, as I was the one preparing our family's meals. I did not want to loose my husband to disease and was willing to do anything to help him. With my Lord at my side I began to consume knowledge to understand how to do this thing, how to feed my family, how to renew my mind.
My new wife Jan and I teach the Get Healthy! Stay Balanced class twice a year. We conduct a support group for Healthy Eating the fourth week of each month. Since we started teaching health, we have helped approximately 650 people.
The testimonies are almost a ministry in themselves! Someone may question you, but testimonies are not you speaking! Some of the problems I have seen improvement in since going on the Hallelujah Diet include: depression/anxiety (treated professionally for the past thirteen years), irritable bowel, headaches, fatigue, etc. What you teach just makes so much sense! Take care, and continued best wishes for a healthy and invigorating ministry. My prayers of gratitude are being lifted up regularly!
The next step was to cut out meat. Since cutting out meat, I have noticed a great reduction in pain in my colon and I now very rarely suffer from what was almost a daily occurrence before. I am not totally on the diet yet (sugar is a big problem for me) but I can already eat salads and raw veggies, which I could not do before without problems. One of my prayers for so long was to be able to eat salads on a regular basis.
