The Hallelujah Diet
The Hallelujah Diet isn’t something we just made up. We’ve performed extensive research as well as conducted our own studies on the benefits of a plant-based diet, and especially one filled with fresh fruits and vegetables.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institutes of Health, American Heart Association, the National Cancer Institute, and other health-related organizations all recommend eating more fruits and vegetables for disease prevention and better health.
We are proud to have Dr. Michael Donaldson, PhD from Cornell University, as the Research Director of the Hallelujah Diet. Since 1997, Dr. Donaldson, utilizing the latest research has helped shape the Hallelujah Diet and products. He has designed, coordinated and performed studies to examine the numerous benefits of a plant-based diet.
He has conducted several studies examining the health benefits of dietary interventions on specific diseases. Additional studies he conducted include long-term health monitoring of individuals who practice the Hallelujah Diet. Most of Dr. Donaldson’s studies have been published in various prestigious journals and have been cited in countless other studies.
