The following Brown Bagger recipe was sent in by Barbara:

"Dear George, I pack a brown bag meal for my husband daily and one of his favorites is a trail mix that we put together ourselves. Our local Health Food store has bins of dried fruits, grains, nuts, etc. For the sake of variety, our trail mix contents are a little different each time we make up a batch. Basically, it is simply a combination of different dried fruits, seeds, nuts, and sesame sticks. Sometimes we shred whole coconut into the mix. It is delicious, nutritious, and very filling.

Ingredients:

Dried fruits, grains, nuts, etc. 

Directions: 

Mix ingredients together. ENJOY!
