Blend up a healthy, raw vegan lunch! This recipe comes from Marie-Paule and is a great option if you're looking for vegan lunch ideas for weight loss. Full of fresh fruit and flax seeds, this recipe is also a great way to get protein on a raw vegan diet. Get out your blender and grab your ingredients, you're sure to be looking forward to lunch time!

Ingredients:

3 Bananas (ripe)

4 Dates (pitted)

1 tablespoon Flax Seed (ground)

Several drops of pure Vanilla Extract (to taste)

Directions:

Blend above ingredients and then add cut up Fruit of Choice (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches, or any fruit of choice) to the blended mix. MMM GOOD! ENJOY
