Hallelujah Acres has helped me develop new ideas of eating. At the end knowing exactly that what you are eating is filling your body with leaving mechanisms is just great. The best way to bring muscles out full of fiber and healthy is eating the right way. Don’t let this diet scare you, because at the end you have a lot to win. Breakfast 5:30 am 8 oz pure carrot juice 6:30 am 6 oz water with Barley Max 7:30 am 8 oz pure carrot juice 8:30 am 8 oz sweet potato/celery/beet juice Snack 9:30am 2 slices of Ezekiel Bread with almond butter (2 Tbsp) and raw marmalade (1 tsp) Lunch 12:00 pm Green Salad (Green mix, spinach, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, red, yellow, orange peppers, shredded carrot and beets, kalamata olives. (Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil mix with kalamata olives juice and / or ranch dressing from Hallelujah Acres) 1 cup basmati rice OR 2 bean burgers OR ½ cup black beans OR 2 lentil patties Snack 2:00 pm ½ cup walnuts Snack 4:30 pm Green smoothie (8 oz of distilled water, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, chunks of pineapple, 1leaf- kale, 1 hand full spinach, barley max, B-Flax-D , agave) OR Daniel’s smoothie (8 oz almond milk, 1 banana, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, 1 hand full spinach, flaxseed powder, Barley max) Dinner 6:00 pm Pita salad or black beans on a bed of basmati rice with pico de gallo with ½ avocado or veggies on multigrain pasta Evening 9:30 pm ½ cup oatmeal with ½ cup water and 1 cup almond mil with cinnamon and a few drops of agave nectar
