Warm Living Spiced Apple Cider
This recipe is gluten free
Makes approx. 1 quart
- Juice all of the apples, and the ginger, and strain to remove any extra pulp.
- Pour juice into a Vitamix, along with the spices and stevia.
- Blend on high until the cider gets warm (approx. 3-5 min). The goal is to have a warm drink, without heating it to the point of killing the enzymes in the juice.
- When the cider has reached your desired temperature, serve and enjoy.
