  1. Blend lemon juice, honey or agave nectar, olive oil, celery, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Place cabbage, celery, carrots, onions, and apple in a bowl and stir in dressing.

    My favorite coleslaw recipe! I always reduce the oil by half. The shredding blade in the food processor makes this recipe go super quick. Whisk the dressing separately and you’ll have even less tossing to do.

    I’ve been making this for years. Whenever I bring it to a picnic or potluck, it disappears. Even those on the S.A.D. diet ask for the recipe. I love the sweet crunchiness which gets even better if it sits in the fridge overnight.
