Simple, Baked Sweet Potato

Raw Energy Balls Reading Simple, Baked Sweet Potato 1 minute Next Rhonda’s Raspberry Vinaigrette

Rhonda loves complex recipes and new creations in her food prep, but Rev. Malkmus prefer to keep it simple, with the least and simplest preparation possible. Here's one that he enjoys at home when Rhonda's on the road.

Ingredients

1 medium sized sweet potato
1 Tbsp virgin coconut oil
1 Tbsp onion flakes
1 tsp all purpose herb seasoning
¼ tsp Celtic sea salt
Drizzle of pure maple syrup

Directions

1. Scrub sweet potato.
2. Coat with coconut oil and wrap with aluminum foil.
3. Place in 400 degree oven for 45 "“ 60 minutes (until fork enters entirely).
4. Remove from foil, remove skin, and mash.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients, drizzle with maple syrup, and enjoy!
