Sherries Raw “Chocolate” Pudding

  • Serves 4

“My baby son Jack is nearly 17-months-old loves this chocolate pudding, as does my 17-year-old and myself!”

This recipe comes from Sherrie, who lives in Perth, Western Australia:

  1. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If put in the fridge for a few hours, it gets firm like chocolate mousse.
  3. Adding a little water or apple juice makes a nice chocolate sauce. ENJOY!

    Really really good. I just used a fork and there are some chunks…but that’s okay with me. 🙂
