Roasted Cauliflower

Making cauliflower roasted is something everybody should try.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice the cauliflower. coat a mixing bowl with a teaspoon or two of olive oil (depends on how many servings of cauliflower you are making, but the idea is to use as little oil as possible).
  3. Spread the cauliflower slices on a baking sheet. roast for 6 minutes, turn over slices, and roast for another 6 minutes. you want them to get just a touch of browning.

    I roast mine with Celtic Sea Salt and a tiny amount of fresh pepper. Addicting!
