Making cauliflower roasted is something everybody should try.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Slice the cauliflower. coat a mixing bowl with a teaspoon or two of olive oil (depends on how many servings of cauliflower you are making, but the idea is to use as little oil as possible).
- Spread the cauliflower slices on a baking sheet. roast for 6 minutes, turn over slices, and roast for another 6 minutes. you want them to get just a touch of browning.
I roast mine with Celtic Sea Salt and a tiny amount of fresh pepper. Addicting!
