Rhonda’s Very Berry Smoothie
One of those early recipes Rhonda developed.
Years ago, before Rhonda began holding Culinary Classes at Hallelujah Acres, she was asked by our pastor to teach a class on practical application of the Hallelujah Diet along with food preparation. Below is one of those early recipes Rhonda developed:
- Place all ingredients in a Vitamix, BlendTec other powerful blender and process until creamy.
- If too thin add more banana – if too thick add more liquid.
- Serve immediately. ENJOY
I have a question about this smoothie. I drink a green smoothie every morn. very much like this. I was kinda shocked at the sugar mg. I am going to believe because it is whole food and full of fiber that this is not an issue. Am I right? Thanks, Pam 🙂
