Ingredients:

1-cup pecans (chopped)

1-cup cooked brown rice

1-cup fresh whole grain bread crumbs

1 to 2 tablespoons of whole grain flour

2 stalks celery (chopped)

1 to 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1-cup purified water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and shape into 3-inch patties. Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with liquid lecithin. Bake in a 350-degree pre-heated oven for about 40- 45 minutes, or until golden brown. ENJOY!
