Paradise Fruit

A tasty recipe that reminds you of the tropics! This seasonal dish is best when you are able to use fresh, organic ingredients. Satisfy your cravings on a low sugar vegan diet with the sweet fruit in our Paradise Fruit dish. This dish follows fruitarian recipes and is full of raw, uncooked food. 

Fruit bowls can be portioned into individual sherbet dishes with topping sprinkled over the fruit. 

PARADISE FRUIT BASE

Ingredients

4 navel oranges, diced

1 pink grapefruit, diced

2 cups fresh-diced pineapple

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Directions

Mix fruit well and spoon onto pretty round platter.

PARADISE FRUIT TOPPING

Ingredients

5 Medjool dates, chopped

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

Directions

Mix the topping ingredients well and sprinkle over the fruit. Or you can serve this in individual sherbet dishes and sprinkle the topping over the fruit. ENJOY!
