Raw Salad Dressing Recipe: No-oil Lemon/Parsley Dressing

If you like lemons, you will love this raw recipe - explore a symphony of flavors, while delivering freshness and nutrition in every bite - and it also happens to be one of the most versatile raw salad dressing recipes!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup distilled water
2 Tablespoon arrow root powder
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup parsley
1 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
2 teaspoon bell pepper
dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:

1. Combine distilled water and arrow root powder in a blender and process to combine.
2. Pour into a sauce pan and heat until thickened, remove from heat and cool slightly.
3. Pour into blender with other ingredients and process until parsley is chopped fine.
4. Pour into a jar and refrigerate. The dressing will thicken more as it cools.

 

Serve with Shades of Green Salad or another leafy salad of your choice that will surely become one of your favorite salad combinations!
