Kale Pineapple Green Smoothie

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender of your choice.
  2. Blend until smooth but not too runny
  3. Serve this delicious drink in your favorite glass for added enjoyment and delight

    i’ve tried 1) kale with pineapples and orange juice .. and also 2) kale with apples, ginger and orange juice and also 3) apples, kale with milk… it’s so refreshing and delicious! that’s my morning brekkie after a glass of luke warm water! 😉

    This smoothie was the perfect combination of tart-earthy-sweet for me. I halved the recipe ingredients for a single serving, and used a Granny Smith apple with the skin on and 1T. of ground flax. I almost always have the ingredients on hand and am so happy to have found a keeper of a green smoothie recipe!
