The following recipe is found on page 31 of Hallelujah Holiday Recipes by Rhonda.
- The following morning, place almonds along with dates and their soaking water, and unsweetened coconut in a Vita-Mix or blender and process until creamy.
- If you do not have a Vita-Mix, it will be necessary to strain the milk, in a fine strainer or cheesecloth.
- Will keep several days refrigerated.
- Add spices to almond milk, blend well, refrigerate and serve.
The recipe says “1 quart Almond Milk (recipe below)”, but there are only instructions for mixing the Eggnog ingredients.
