Two Potato Soup

  • Serves 4

Making two potato soup will make you enjoy potato soup.

  1. Sauté onion and celery in small amount of distilled water for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and enough distilled water to cover.
  3. Bring to a boil and turn down to medium heat.
  4. Cook about 45 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove 3 - 4 cups of vegetables, cool partially, place veggies in a food processor with Rice Based Better Than Milk and puree.
  6. Add back to the soup, heat to serving temperature and serve.
