Raw Carob Fudge (With the Taste of Chocolate)

  • Serves

Craving chocolate and other Holiday sweets? This ‘chocolatey’ recipe is found on page 272 of Hallelujah Holiday Recipes by Rhonda Malkmus.

The recipe says it will keep for a week in the fridge, but we doubt you’ll be able to resist eating it all before then!

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor with S blade
  2. Mix well.
  3. Press into 8-inch square pan lined with lecithin or lightly oiled
  4. Refrigerate till firm.
  5. Cut into 1-inch squares and serve. (Kept covered and in refrigerator it will keep for at least a week (but it is doubtful it will last that long without being eaten.)
