Fresh Ingredients for Hallelujah Diet Green Juice

Kale is one of the most nutritionally dense plants on the planet! It's great when it's raw and it's one of those special plant foods that can release even more of its goodness when cooked! Just one cup of cooked kale contains more than 1,300% of your daily vitamin K (an important vitamin for your blood), more than 350% of your daily vitamin A, and 88% of your daily vitamin C, plus dozens of other nutrients — all in just 36 calories! Kale also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, a vast amount of micronutrients, and glucosinolates (nutrients that protect you from cancer).
