Ingredients

2 ears White Corn (raw and cut from cob)

1 can of Black Beans (drained)

1 Red Pepper (chopped)

1 Green Pepper (chopped)

1 small Sweet Onion (chopped)

1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin

1 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder (or to taste)

Juice from one Lime

 

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and marinate in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
