  1. Mix these dry ingredients in a bowl: brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then mix lightly with dry ingredients that were mixed previously
  3. After combing all ingredients, pour into an oiled pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes
