Frozen Carob Bananas
Here is a recipe that the kids will enjoy (and grown ups too)!
The recipe is taken from Julie’s book Hallelujah Kids. Her book is available from Hallelujah Acres. Julie is one of our culinary chefs here at Hallelujah Acres.
- First, prepare a cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Next, skewer the bananas. Gently dip in honey, roll in carob powder and then roll in chopped nuts. Lay the coated banana skewer on the prepared cookie sheet. Repeat process until all bananas are complete.
- Cover bananas with an additional layer of wax paper and place in the freezer until completely set. Enjoy!
