This frozen berry parfait is delicious, full of health-promoting compounds, and easy to make. Seeing the array of whole berries underneath the creamy whipped topping makes a person want to dive right in. On the Hallelujah Diet, it is a good idea to keep frozen berries and frozen bananas in the freezer and almond butter in the pantry. You’ll always be prepared to make delicious dishes by staying stocked.
- Take two glasses and place a large handful of frozen mixed berries in each glass. Let them stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes, or until berries are partly frozen, partly thawed.
- Place first 4 ingredients in a blender, using the amount of water necessary for mixture to be able to pour, but remain slushy.
- Poor blender mixture into the glasses with the partially frozen berries.
