This frozen berry parfait is delicious, full of health-promoting compounds, and easy to make. Seeing the array of whole berries underneath the creamy whipped topping makes a person want to dive right in. On the Hallelujah Diet, it is a good idea to keep frozen berries and frozen bananas in the freezer and almond butter in the pantry. You’ll always be prepared to make delicious dishes by staying stocked.

  1. Take two glasses and place a large handful of frozen mixed berries in each glass. Let them stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes, or until berries are partly frozen, partly thawed.
  2. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender, using the amount of water necessary for mixture to be able to pour, but remain slushy.
  3. Poor blender mixture into the glasses with the partially frozen berries.
