half a honeydew melon or canteloupe (seeds and rind removed)
small piece of ginger (to taste)

Directions

This was sent in by Cynthia, who writes: "Since cantaloupe and honeydew are still available, I remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh from half a cantaloupe or half a honeydew. Then I place the flesh in a blender, and add a small piece of ginger (to taste), and blend until smooth. Ummmm good!" ENJOY!
