Creamy Almond Milk

Makes 1/2 gallon
- Blend dry ingredients to a powder in a blender.
- Add vanilla, honey, and a little water to blend.
- Add water to make ½ gallon of almond milk.
- *This lasts about one week in refrigerator.
Almonds need to be soaked for at least 8 hours to remove the enzyme inhibitor. Also if you use coconut water instead of water you won’t have to use any form of sweetener… And with vanilla you have a delicious drink.
