Salads are a fantastic way to incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet, but sometimes they can fall short in the flavor department. Enter fresh herbs, nature's flavor enhancers that can transform any salad into an explosion of taste and texture. While this is not technically a salad “dressing”, this recipe will surely add a burst of flavor to your salads! Also, this liquid-free dressing is perfect for packing a healthy meal on the go.


Ingredients:
A mixture (or all) of the following fresh herbs, to taste:
Dill
Parsley
Chives
Garlic chives
Thyme
Rosemary
Basil


Directions:

  1. Use your choice of two or more ingredients
  2. 2. Use scissors to snip 1/4" or more off the end of the bunch two, three, or four times into your salad.
  3. 3. Enjoy!
