A yummy addition to any Holiday table!!

  1. Mix chopped peppers together and put half of the chopped peppers in each of the two bags of frozen corn.
  2. Pour the white corn and peppers into a baking dish and top with a layer of pepper jack rice cheese and sprinkle with unrefined sea salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. Top this layer with the yellow corn/peppers, and sprinkle with some more Celtic sea salt, cayenne pepper, and the American rice cheese.
  4. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
