Recipe Type: Micro-chopped Salad

If we do not crack open the cell wall of the food, we cannot retrieve the good nutrition inside. Chopping the salad into tiny pieces gives you a head start on chewing, and offers a great taste, as the flavors have already started to mingle from the processing.
