It’s finally possible to get nostalgic without compromising your health!

Try Chef Rich’s PB&J Protein Smoothie for the ultimate thirst-quenching drink that will take you back to your childhood—without the processed sugar and corn syrup. Reminiscent of the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches most of us ate as kids, this smoothie is a tasty treat that will boost your energy—and your kids’ too!

Ingredients

1 ½ cups non-dairy milk
1 frozen banana
4-5 frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
2-3 T. almond butter
1 scoop HD Essential Protein

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend on high until completely smooth.
2. *Optional - Add some fresh spinach or kale to make it a Green PB&J Smoothie!
Whole-food meal with leafy greens, beans, grains, berries, avocado, seeds, and vegetables being prepared in a sunlit kitchen.
