This has recently become my go-to breakfast smoothie. I love the amount of lasting energy it gives me, and it tastes absolutely delicious.
Serves 2
This recipe is gluten free
 
          - 1 stalk celery
 - 2 inch piece of cucumber
 - 2 cups spinach and/or kale
 - ½ a frozen banana
 - ½ cup frozen pineapple
 - ½ cup frozen strawberries
 - 1 T. hemp seeds
 - 1 T. chia seeds
 - Enough water to blend (usually 1-2 cups)
